Job Brief:
We are seeking an exceptional Pre-Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to our clients. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth by coordinating with delivery partners, crafting compelling proposals, and nurturing relationships with clients and partners alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to gather technical information and formulate proposals that encompass technology solutions and comprehensive delivery plans.
  • Engage with clients, understand their unique needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of our services.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and delivery partners, ensuring open communication and alignment throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads, develop effective sales strategies, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
  • Conduct captivating technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and prospects, showcasing our solutions capabilities and benefits.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, track progress, and provide regular updates on sales performance to stakeholders.
  • Remain at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements, identifying emerging opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience.

Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process and a track record of successfully navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with technical solutions, delivery methodologies, and best practices in the services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the services industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
