Human Resources Specialist at ILF Consulting Engineers Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Specialist to join our team at our Head Office in Riyadh, KSA. As the Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and management team.

You will be responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to Employee relations, Performance management, Benefits administration, and Compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant regulations.


Responsibilities


Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

    • Oversee the visa process for employees.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance and best practices.

    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and timekeeping systems.

    • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.

    • Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, compiling performance data, and assisting with performance review meetings.

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.





Human Resources Specialist Job Requirements

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel (Formulas, Calculations etc)


  • Ability to prepare graphs and reports as well as working knowledge on Power BI.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.

    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies implemented in the organization

  • Proficient in ERP – HR module

Experience Required

3-5 Years handling HR functions in a leading organization in KSA


Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
