The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities in the region, with a primary focus on both government and private sector clients....
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sector, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
- For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration) is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics technology and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
