  • Review Work Orders, check for accuracy, and schedule production to be carried out to meet required deadlines.
  • Supervise staff and allocate labor resources to meet deadlines.
  • Request, train, and supervise temporary labor as required to meet all stock commitments.
  • Ensure that 100% of the product undergoes QC inspection prior to release to stock or the shipping department
  • Maintain suitable stock levels of required tools, equipment, and consumables.
  • Liaise with Inventory and Receiving departments to ensure the availability of components as required.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment is available as needed and in a good state of repair, including maintenance and up-to-date calibration of those pieces of equipment for which calibration is necessary.
  • Ensure department staff is fully trained and informed on company processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain and report employee timecards for payroll purposes.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere and team spirit in the cable assembly department.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Prior experience in FMCG production industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
