Essential Job Functions

  • The incumbent will be working as a billing executive for Air/Ocean/land.
  • S/he will process PR for the vendor cost accruals, raise invoice basis of quote confirmed by the client / prepare billing packets / upload to E Doc and trigger EDI for EDI customers and for non EDI customers, dispatch the billing packet by email.
  • Responsible to meet billing and invoice submission KPI.
  • Proactive in providing correct billing packets and resolving EDI failures on time to avoid payment delays from the client.
  • Other duties as assigned
