Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and goals.

2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success.

4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and promote new products or services to meet customer needs.

5. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.

8. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the construction industry or a similar field.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
