2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Accountable for business line leadership and management of team members (in specific division) to enable the work of self and team members and building their expertise and skills, and deliver frontline team results such as safety, production, maintenance, quality, cost and motivation
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualification:
1. B.Tech/M.Tech/Bachelors/Masters/PhD of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 3 years as Shift Superintendent
2. Relevant Business Management Qualification (e.g. MBA) preferred
Experience:
12 Years relevant experience in mining industry
2. International experience preferred
