We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as Cyber Security Manager. This is a crucial role aimed at enhancing the security posture of our company by implementing robust security measures and managing the cyber security team.

• Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies to protect company assets.
• Building a strong cyber security team.
• Lead incident response efforts and manage incidents of potential and actual cyber breaches.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and enforce network security policies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on security status, threats, and incidents.
• Train and mentor cyber security team members and other staff on security protocols and practices.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats, advancements, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection software.
• Develop and enforce a disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
• Liaise with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies on security-related issues and requirements.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience of 4+ years in a cyber security role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in security technologies and tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering security training programs.
