Receives official guests and walk-in visitors. Answers phone calls and inquiries and redirects to employees and officers as necessary....

  • Receives official guests and walk-in visitors.
  • Answers phone calls and inquiries and redirects to employees and officers as necessary.
  • Performs courier and dispatch services under business support services.
  • Complies with the policies and procedures of the Business Support Services and the Administration Department.
