Job Description
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial transactions, data management, and client interactions, ensuring a smooth workflow in the billing and collections process.
- Prepare & send invoices using the BOSS system.
- Payment follow-up & collection.
- Liaise with the sales team for payment collection.
- Data entry of certification information into related SGS software (Certiq).
- Manage client interaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer skills (ideally a degree in computer science).
- Strong skills in English writing and communication.
- Understanding of BOSS or other invoicing systems (ideal).
- 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in invoicing, credit control, and collections.
