Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle process In kingdom and out of kingdom through a selection of best and most cost-effective recruitment sources to contribute towards achieving the company objectives by attracting qualified and competent candidates for the airline.
  • Prepare recruitment means and announce jobs through appropriate SAUDIA e-recruiting online/newspapers/external websites …etc. by coordinating with concerned departments to attract candidate to apply for announced job For company best interest.
  • Prepare and maintain hiring material to enhance interview results for recruiting team.
  • Develop full integration of new employees through on boarding to ensure a smooth transition for newly joined employees.
  • Develop and apply HR best recruiting practices to enhance the recruitment process for company best interest.
  • Establish an ancillary unit in order to ensure processing of all related payroll and administrative transactions for loaned employees to SBU’s or government agencies.
  • Carry out the process of changing employees status (e.g. promotion, demotion, transfer, end of service, termination) to ensure all related departmental decisions are processed in SAP system.
  • Make analyses and review the overall and detailed divisional/departmental organization structures to ensure and recommend the optimal organizations and work processes in line with the company strategies.
  • Study the employees promotion cases, employees data correction, job vacancy requests, and fixed term and seasonal contracts to ensure appropriate and correct procedures for employees.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions to ensure that the airline functions are properly assigned and maintain a comprehensive database for all positions.
  • Implement the appropriate job evaluation system to establish internal equity by determining the relative worth of jobs and assigning the suitable job grade for each job in the airline.


Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in:

HR/ Business Administration / Public Administration / Computer Science/ Management Information System (MIS)/ Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management /Law/ Public Relations / IT related majors.

  • The Minimum accepted GPA is 2.75 out 4 / 3.75 out of 5.

Required English Level:

  • Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of 72.
  • The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed Three years from the application date.
  • Other English Tests will not be accepted.
  • The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.
  • If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website)

Required Attachment: (Missing any of the required attachments mentioned below will result in an elimination of the program)

  • CV/Resume.
  • Valid Saudi National ID for at least 6 months.
  • Official Education degree showing the overall average/GPA (If obtained out of the Kingdom, you must attach the accreditation letter from Saudi Ministry of Education).

  • Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with the minimum score of 72.
