Position Objective:
Lead and drive the success of diverse projects, focusing specifically on Traffic Management Systems and Traffic Management Security. Play a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Support the development and updating of the ATSP (Advanced Traffic Safety Project) Service Management Methodologies and Business Development Projects Management, along with implementing the ATSP Service Management Methodology and Business Development Programs and Projects Management Methodology.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Manage project scope, defining project inclusions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
Implement quality management methods for project ideality and perfection.
Manage challenges and risks facing the project.
Oversee project parties and manage relationships.
Develop a detailed time plan for effective time management.
Ensure projects remain within scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
Create, manage, and distribute project communications artefacts like charters, schedules, and budgets.
Provide project status updates at predetermined intervals to all stakeholders.
Communicate routinely with management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback.
Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements.
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring.
Establish key project criteria metrics and lead status review meetings.
Resolve technical and operational issues as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience, with at least 7 years as a Project Manager.
Experience in Security Projects and Smart Cities Projects.

Proficiency in a wide range of project management tools; PMI or PMP certification is a plus.
Advanced reporting and presentation skills.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
