Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location : Neom, Saudi Arabia

The Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician will be required to carry out duties in a competent and consistent manner to ensure a safe and secure environment is always maintained throughout Sindalah Island, ensuring the successful and safe delivery for all stakeholders and other events. They will be required to be confident handling tasks including electricity, carpentry, plumbing, painting and be confident with working at heights They will be able to confidently handle repairs and keep buildings, facilities, and equipment in good and safe working order. They will need to be reliable, collaborative, motivated and take pride in their work. They will be required to be flexible, working across all environment’s sites. Possible out of hours may be required.

Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across different trades, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools.

Knowledge of building systems and components.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments.
