Are you a good match?

You have significant experience in the luxury retail industry as well as a deep understanding of the importance of working with a team. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a non-compromise attitude and approach along with precision and reliability within daily routine.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for selling the Maison creations while providing the best client experience. You will be developing your client portfolio while investing time and effort in the boutiques life, operations, and actions. You will be learning about the universe of the creations and the High Jewelry, the heart of the Maison, transmitting knowledge and passion to the team and to the clients. In this function:

• You will provide the utmost level of service in accordance with the Maison universe and ceremony and will transmit the passion and values of Van Cleef & Arpels
• You will act as an Ambassador of the Maison, participate in client events, cultivate strong client relationships, and develop client loyalty
• You will act as a coach and assist colleagues in operations, sales, and training, and will ensure that all merchandise is controlled at all times and that all cash, receipts, invoices, and documentation are handled as per company policies and procedures
