Position Objective:
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting Senior Project Managers in the end-to-end implementation of a specific number of cell sites, which may include new builds, co-locations, or modernizations.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end deployment of both new build and co-location cell sites. Track and report on all functions within the process, including network design, site acquisition, construction, and integration.

Ensure delivery aligns with the project plan while implementing necessary procedures to maintain the quality of work.
Meet objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and clients requirements.
Monitor project progress, and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.
Supervise work results, comparing them with guidelines and project plans.
Ensure results are compiled, documented, and forwarded to the client in the required format, quantity, and quality. Ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results.
Monitor and report on the financial performance of the project, highlighting any discrepancies against the overall “as built” plan.
Attend regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to regular reviews of changing project requirements, organization, and resource needs. Provide recommendations for changes accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications, with at least 2 years in the delivery of cell sites.
Extensive knowledge and professional experience in managing projects, project control, and coordination with clients and contractors.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
Advanced skills in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Advanced computer skills in Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must.
