Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:


  • Team-up with Mill Maintenance technician for assigned mill off-line mechanical component repairs & refurbishment in maintenance outpost shop.
  • Troubleshooting practice in rolling mill.
  • Carry out inspection of all mill machine equipment.
  • Comprehends the intended results of plan, for timely completion and quality implementation of maintenance work.
  • Report relevant activities, and so with the status of the assigned maintenance activities.
  • Looks into the safety aspect within workplace, tools, facilities, and subordinates.
  • Able to perform mill maintenance fittings works.

Other Responsibilities:

  • To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
  • Familiar safety instructions related to their jobs.
  • To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
  • To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to the concerned responsible.
