Project description

We are looking for an experienced Trade finance Support Analyst to strengthen our team in Riyadh running maintenance project for a large customer in KSA. You will be responsible for first-line technical and functional support of the trade finance application and associated technical services. The role involves user support across the front and back offices, technical maintenance of the application and involvement in the delivery of key change initiatives for the bank.

Responsibilities

Drive the implementation support for Trade Finance Product insuring consistency in the product implementation globally

Knowledge of trade finance products e.g. Letter of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, Bill Discount-ing, export LC ,

Creating test cases based on the business requirement, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business for the documentary trade product.

Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities for Doc Trade system

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

To review Functional Specification documents, SIT and UAT Test Scripts

Involve in Parameterization for example, limit, product & approval and recommendation Matrix.

Involve in end user trainings.

Expertise in KUMGO integration project.

Having experience in trade module of T24 system is plus

Skills

Must have

Knowledge of trade finance products e.g. Letter of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, Bill Discounting, export LC

Ability to manage diverse teams drawing on different skills to enable strong team results. Excellent information systems understanding with ability to lead root cause analysis and closure.

Business and technical experience in the financial services domain.

Global Transaction Banking Domain experience must in Trade Finance(Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantee, Documentary Collections , Trade Loans etc)

Experience in flow banking business (GTB) is a plus as well as overall corporate banking experience.

15+ years experience in the banking industry of which 7-8 years in trade finance support.

Agile delivery Experience.

Strong organizational and presentation capability.

Take initiatives in implementing guidelines and disciplines.

Functional and technology knowledge on major banking applications.

Senior Stakeholder Management.

Nice to have

Having experience in trade module of T24 system is plus

Bachelors degree in finance/IT
