About the role

As a refrigeration field supervisor, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of refrigeration systems while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Supervision: Directing and supervising a team of technicians or field workers involved in refrigeration projects.

2. Installation Management: Planning and coordinating the installation of refrigeration systems according to project requirements and timelines.

3. Maintenance and Repair: Ensuring that refrigeration systems are properly maintained and promptly repaired when issues arise, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

4. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that installations and repairs meet industry standards and client expectations.

5. Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for the team.

6. Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to field personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in refrigeration systems.

7. Client Communication: Interacting with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.

8. Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels of spare parts and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs, ensuring availability when required.

9. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance schedules, and inventory logs.

10. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues or challenges encountered during installations, maintenance, or repairs.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Valid KSA driving license

• Based in Jeddah

• Excellent English language skills, Arabic is a plus
