Manager, Communication Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for Developing and executing communication strategies, overseeing digital media and social initiatives, managing corporate events and agreements, branding, public relations, and maintaining adherence to communication policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement communication plans that align with SAFEs strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the digital media and social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement and Monitor trends and technologies in digital and social media to enhance SAFEs presence.
  • Supervise and execute promotional campaigns across various channels
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
  • Ensure that all communication activities adhere to SAFE policies and industry standards.
  • Create and execute initiatives to promote SAFEs brand, services, and products effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders and Foster positive relationships and address concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies and procedures to manage potential crises effectively.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelors degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with social media management and analytics
  • +7 years of experience.
