Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (ELV Systems) / Assistant Project Manager (Testing and Commissioning - MEP Systems), PDS

Role Purpose:
We are currently seeking experienced Assistant Project Managers (Saudi National) with expertise in ELV systems and Testing and Commissioning of MEP systems to join our P&DS team in Riyadh, KSA. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with a Senior Project Manager/Director and contribute to the day-to-day delivery of projects. Your role will vary based on your specific expertise, either focusing on ELV systems or Testing and Commissioning of MEP systems. You will undertake site supervision responsibilities, administer building contracts, ensure compliance with project documentation and requirements, and monitor progress against schedules. Your focus will be on delivering projects within the established framework of time, cost, quality, risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
Report to a Senior Project Manager/Director and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Undertake site supervision responsibilities, including inspections, material approvals, and review of drawings.
Produce daily and weekly progress reports at relevant project stages.
Attend technical meetings with the Contractors technical office team to resolve site issues.
Coordinate with the Design Management team and provide technical support.
Administer complex building contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget, and other relevant guidelines.
Deliver projects with a focus on risk, sustainability, and environmental considerations, while meeting time, cost, and quality objectives.
Monitor and report on the Contractors progress against the contract program.
Manage consultant teams to ensure the built product is compliant with the contract.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Professional memberships, such as CIOB, are advantageous but not essential.
Experience in site supervision of high-rise mixed-use buildings and 5-star hotels.
Project delivery experience in - ELV, electrical, mechanical, testing & commissioning.
Deep knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and International codes.
Deep knowledge of SEC and Civil Defense requirements.
Experience in managing on-site construction in the region.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent proficiency in English.
International safety qualification/recognition is advantageous but not essential.
