About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent performance.
• Train, mentor, and manage staff to achieve operational goals and uphold company standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports to senior management.
• Foster a positive and cohesive work environment.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
