Role Summary:
Responsible for optimizing the operations resources through effective planning, resource deployment, scheduling, and timekeeping of security services resources.
Main Responsibilities:
- Optimize the operations resources through effective planning, resource deployment, scheduling, and timekeeping of security services resources.
- Oversee employees daily duties to ensure that quality standards are met, and proper procedures are followed.
- Handle errors, problems, complaints, and/or disputes.
- Keep records of employees daily duties, schedules, and duty assignments to track their performance.
- The assistant can prepare reports on the operations performance to inform management decisions.
- Train employees on proper procedures and quality standards to ensure that they meet SAFEs expectations.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
